M.A.C blushes: many kind of types

All M.A.C blushes are amazing! Love it! It really does impressive job as a blusher. First thing has to know that there are several different types of M.A.C blush, and the quality differs among types. Three kinds of M.A.C blushes depend on main ingredient, mineralize, cream and powder blush, whilst powder blush have different finishes, sheertone, shimmer sheertone, satin, matte and frost. In this review, i only reckon in blushes that I own.

Whatever the color is, all of them look nice. In pan some of them look similar, but in application they don’t. None fail (at least for me J ). Good texture, finely milled, smooth, easy to work with, good colorpayoff, nice color, sleek chasing, and they are really devine. The colour stays very true to the pan (regardless you have to notice what type the blush is), which is very impressive. You won't buy blush which has the color beyond your expectation. They truly have some very pretty shades for all skin tones. The one and only my complain is the price, lol.

Mineralize skinfinish $32 for 10g/ 0.35 oz
Mineralize blush $27 for 3.5g/0.10 us oz
Powder blush (for all finish) $22 for 6g/0.21 us oz for refill $17

Mineralize skinfinish in Gold Deposit
Actually it’s skinfinish, not perfectly as a blush. But it designed as a multipurpose product. Overall, mineralize skinfinish means to polish the face because it has a slight shimmer that gives iridiscent glow. For natural skinfinish, it is mostly used for a an all over glow to your face after applying your foundation to set foundation or can used alone as powder. Otherwise, highlighter can be as option. For ‘colored’ skinfinish, brighter shade which most hi-frost metallic finish, put as highlighter. I have the dark one, Gold Deposit, which suitable for sun-kissed glow effect (even in here, Indonesia, sun way kiss us everyday, lol). Compared to it weight, 10g/ 0.35 oz, the pan looks oversize. It cost $32.

Mineralize blush
These blushes are usually dome-baked marble and contain traces of luminous sublte shimmer  running throughout the blush, leaving a soft iridescent finish. They give off a radiant glow.

Mineralize blush in gentle, pet me, cheek & cheerful
Gentle the is described as “raspberry with gold pearl’. This combo put the color will work well on both cool and warm skin tones. It likes more-rosy color that can be used for every season. The perfect bluish purplely/pink.

Pet me is warm-pale pink, slightly mauve in pan with semi-matte finish although it has golden very subtle pearl. The true color will show up in light to medium skin. Really nice color and a perfect match for blushing rose cheek. I wear it  for everyday blush. My dome of blush is almost rub off!

Cheek & cheerful is no longer available on official website. But i do keep this because the color so breathtaking. None word can describe what color it really is. Coppery-bronze with gold pearly. In theory, those colors have warm tone but in fact also has frosty sheen. Officially, it is a blush. But it is perfectly match as skinfinish natural dan highliter to tan-cool toned skin. It do also nice as beautiful-summer for lighter skin. The perfect application for this shade is slight layer due to pearly finish on it.

Powder blush
This kind of blush has very nice texture and amazing blendability. It also has different finishes, there are sheertone, shimmer sheertone, satin, matte and frost finish. This review is not that complete, the review intended for blushes which on my hand.

Satin finish
This is a combination of matte and frost-sheen, the blush quite matte but has satin finish.

Shade that i have : modern mandarin

On website, this shade drawing as red orange color wih satin finish. Obviously, It's an orange peach with reddish undertones. A hot color! It is great color, but too way orangey for me. Red orange color just not for me. Therefore sheen appears because it’s satin finish. Matte is tolerable. For me :)

Sheertone
The blush being a part of sheertone line is not as opaque as other blushes, as its name. Sheertone blush doesn't mean that it's not pigmentedThat's what I like about this Sheertones, they're subtle but not that sheer though sheer it has good color payoff. It can be add more layer and layer according to our preference. On pan, the smoothness seen clearly, the same way when rub the blush with finger.

Shade that i have : peaches, formerly i also had Pinch o' Peach

Peaches is most definitely a peach blush, as M.A.C figures. Also this color is pretty universally flattering, that makes this shade so popular. Peaches has a matte finish but it's very smooth to the touch and easy to blend. The finish is matte. Overall, I love the natural peachy-flush of Peaches on my cheeks.

Sheertone Shimmer
The same as above, but with a touch of shimmer, although it’s not that sheer . With sparkle sheen, no way to matte finish as sheertone blush.

Shade that i have : peach twist

Peach twist is a deep color where described as golden peach color. I like the name of this shade. Representative the color. The name is ‘peach’, while a burnt orange almost, so they put ‘twist’ to complete. For me, it’s like copper with golden sheen. Yes, it is a warm color! The finish is a velvety satin. Application on cheeks look nice in sunlight. For medium skintone, this color gives nice warmth for sun-kissed look.

and now, you can choose your M.A.C blushes! no way to confuse..
